Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) are the standard terms for the sale and supply of aluminium shop fronts and shop front doors by this website www.shopfrontdoors.co.uk on behalf of Mane Shop Fronts Ltd.
1 - Contract
1.1 A legally binding contract between Us and you will be created upon Our acceptance of your Order, indicated by Our Order Confirmation. Order Confirmations will be provided by email.
2 - Bespoke items
2.1 All items ordered on this website are considered bespoke items
2.2 Bespoke items are made to the purchasers unique sizes
3 - Purchasing
3.1 When purchasing items the purchaser needs to provide sizes for the doors or shop fronts
3.2 We will provide a drawing with all dimensions by email
3.3 Once you the purchaser confirms drawing the shop front will go into production after 24 hours
3.4 It is the purchasers responsibility to provide correct sizes and check drawing
4 - Orders
4.1 Once an order is taken you will have 24 hours to cancel or amend the drawing after confirmation of the order is sent by ourselves
4.2 We may cancel the order, in the event of this a full refund will be issued within 48 hours
4.3 If we cancel the order, we will notify you by email
5 - Payments
5.1 Payments can be made by credit or debit card on order, can be made by bank transfer on receipt of invoice from ourselves and on request by cash on delivery
5.2 All Payments include delivery
5.3 We do not provide credit and all payment must be made before receiving goods
6 - Cancelations
6.1 Cancelation can be made without charge within 48 hours of order confirmation
6.2 All products are manufactured to the purchasers unique sizes and colours so any cancelation after 48hours of order confirmation will be charged 50% of the full amount
7 - Delivery
7.1 On order confirmation we will give you an estimated delivery date, usually within 2 to 4 weeks from order
7.2 After 10 days we will provide a delivery date
7.3 The day before delivery we will provide a delivery time
7.4 All goods will be delivered by ourselves
7.5 Goods should be checked on delivery
7.6 You should ensure someone is available to receive delivery or inform us 24 hours before that you cant
7.7 If delivery cant be made further charges will apply
8 - Warranty
8.1 All goods come with a 2 year guarantee
8.2 We are not responsible for goods that are damaged by others, incorrectly installed or wear and tear
8.3 Goods installed by us have a 2 year guarantee
8.4 Any goods installed or delivered that prove to be faulty should be reported as soon as possible
8.5 If Goods are faulty then we shall offer a replacement, repair or partial refund
